Sales Routes
XBG utilises a number of different routes to market providing a nationwide coverage which includes electronic and physical auction sites and carefully selected retail sale partners. In certain circumstances XBG can provide direct sales to third parties and also can offer sealed bid tenders.
We have pre-booked, up to a year in advance, special section auction sale slots at prime times. This enables us to present our clients assets in prime time sales, ensuring they are sold in front of the strongest buying audience.
Active Rostrum Management
We attend all first time sales of our client’s assets to manage the whole sale day.
This includes ensuring all documentation is in place, the assets are prepared and valeted in accordance with the clients wishes, and the section is lotted to appear at the agreed prime time.
XBG enhances your asset sale price by professionally managing the sales from the rostrum using our many years of asset remarketing experience. XBG rostrum management is key to maximising the return on your asset sales, on average we are earning our clients an additional £150 per asset sold.
